Thank you, we managed to get back fine to USA and we just loved the tour and the whole experience of Peru, people, nature, music and food. Peru is a wonderful country, with great people who love children (luckily), otherwise it would be bad for us as you can see. The Inca culture and knowledge they had in 1400 s is very fascinating to me, and what I loved most out of our trip was Cusco, the real Inca city and the Sacred Valley which goes along the Urubamba river. When you are there, you feel the eternity and some magic in this place, as if the surrounding hills and nature know and keep all the secrets. Of course, Machu Picchu is an amazing Inca residence on the top of the mountain. Urubamba and the hacienda where we had lunch, was the best place I ever had lunch at, listening to relaxing andean music and looking at the vicunas and beautiful grass and nature while eating.
We also liked Lake Titicaca and the island of Uros and Taquile, with hard working and inventive people living there. Another place we loved was Colca Canyon and our great Pozo del Cielo ethnic hotel. I almost cried when they brought us to the room the Thermofors to heat our cold feet at night. Beautiful country, and great, loving people, who also have lots of taste and beautiful jewelry.

Diana, we're back to normal here.  I started school today and Ken and Melitta have been back to work for a while.  Thank you for a wonderful trip.  We all thoroughly enjoyed it. 

We had some reservations about travelling without a full time bilingual tour  guide in a country in which we did not speak the language but we were very happy with way things worked

  The hotels we fine or good.  Every one was clean; of course we liked some better than others.  In Nazca we had suites so that was very nice.  The hotel in Chivay was very picturesque and the hot water bottles were a very nice touch.  It would be an excellent idea for hotels in other colder areas such as Puno.  Staying in the former monastery in Ica was a fun experience.  The hotel in Cusco was interesting because it had been a Spanish mansion
 
  We appreciated the way you and your staff kept checking to ensure everything was going well.  The lady in Arequipa and the man in Cusco were particularly good.  They did not take us on tours but checked to see that the tours were going well that we had no questions.
 

We will recommend your agency to anyone we know that is travelling to Peru.  Our experience booking with you has made me more comfortable about booking over the internet and travelling without a full time tour guide.

    Sorry that it has taken so long to respond with my comments about our trip.
 
    I would like to start by saying "Thank You" to Rosanna and Diana for all the help we received prior to the trip.  The ease with which arrangements were made and the trip booked was first class.  The trip itself was fantastic.  The service was great from start to finish.  All of the guides were excellent.  I would like to make particular note of two.  Eddie (our guide in the Sacred Valley) was wonderful.  His knowledge of the sites and local history were wonderful and we could not have asked for a nicer, more likable gentleman.  Secondly, Lordis (not sure of the spelling, but she was our guide on the Inca Trail) was super.   She handled all issues with grace and was an excellent companion on the trail.
Thank you again for all of the hard work that went into making this trip a success for us.  I would gladly recommend (and already have) your services to anyone looking for a world class vacation in Peru.

I wanted to take this opportunity to Thank Youfor making our dreams come true.  Magical Machu Picchu, the Sacred Valley and Cusco were fabulous. 

As soon as we stepped foot off the plane in Cusco, Rolando Vargas was there to meet us.  He was such a welcomed site.  Rolando was pleasant, knowledgeable, courteous and had a wealth of information for us.  When he delivered us to the Casa Andina, he informed us to immediately drink the cocoa tea and to rest -- no activity.  We did exactly what he told us to do.  Rolando informed us that he would pick us up the next morning for our trip to the Sacred Valley & Machu Picchu. 
   
The next morning, we met our guide, Angel Salazar.  He was wonderful!  He shared so much information with us regarding the people, culture, customs, history, and overall life experiences.  Everywhere he took us we were so amazed.  He made the entire trip very special.  His knowledge of the Inca civilization, the Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu was astounding.  I never walked so much in my entire life.  We saw everything and we were so happy.  We were very impressed. Angel is the best guide we have every had anywhere in our travels. In addition, all of his instructions were perfect.    
 
Diana, the hotels were unbelievable.  From the Casa Andina to the Hotel Pakaritampu to the Inkaterra we were treated like royalty.  The staff at each hotel went above and beyond their normal duties.  
  
Rolando was there to meet us when we arrived back in Poroy for our ride to Cusco.  On our last day, he escorted us to the airport and check-in to make sure we were safe and sound. 
  
Our memories of Cusco, Sacred Valley & Machu Picchu will last a life time.  Again, from the bottom of my heart  thank you so very much for all of your hard work and for making our dreams come true.  You are the best!   I know at times we were very worried about the particulars of the vacation but after traveling and having you handle everything, we didn,t have any worries.  I will let all of my friends and everyone else know that Diana Suttin of Peru Vacations Tours is the way to book a vacation.  If you ever need me as a reference, please do so.

Hello Maria, It has been a wonderful trip – all four of us enjoyed it very much. All services were provided as planned and everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. The guide we had in Arequipa and Colca canyon is on top of our list – she was so knowledgeable, friendly, never rushed anyone proving ample amount of time to explore the attractions and at the same time covering all scheduled activities and even additional ones. All hotels were very good – very clean, with friendly and helpful staff. The food in hotels and included buffet lunches was very good. Also, every guide was happy to provide us with recommendations where to go for dinner. We also enjoyed the jungle lodge a lot – it was absolutely magical place, with excellent service and great interpreter who took us on all the hikes and trips in the preserve.
If you ask us to come up with one thing that we would change in the whole trip – it would be taking away one free day in Cuzco and adding it to Machu Picchu visit. It was such an amazing place that we wish we had some more time there.
Thank you very much for putting this trip together for us. We met so many interesting people on our way – both from Peru and also tourists from all over the world. This trip was very different from all other places we’ve visited before and we will never forget it.
