The Delfin is a comfortable riverboat offering three, five and seven day cruises into the Peruvian Amazon. Departing from Iquitos in northeastern Peru, you sail to the birthplace of the mighty Amazon river itself. A naturalist guide is on board to talk you through the abundant wildlife, including gray and pink dolphins, capuchin monkeys, sloths, terns, oriole blackbirds, wattled Jacanas and black collared hawks. Night sightings of common pottoos, nightjars, black caimans, capybaras, fishing bats and frogs are also common.
The Delfin has seven simply furnished en suite cabins (1 double, 4 twins and 2 with bunkbeds) all of which have air-conditioning. There is an observation deck, lounge area and dining room where a locally renowned chef brings the exotic flavours of the Amazon to your table.
