-Upon you’re arrival to Lima you’ll be welcomed by and English speaking guide that will transfer you to your hotel.

DAY 2 –CUSCO CITY TOUR
December 28th
-In the afternoon the half-day city tour begins. You will be shown the exact centre of the Inca Empire, the Plaza de Armas. There one can find the cathedral built on the ruins of the Inca Palace. The cathedral borders on other churches on both sides. Next stop will be the old town with its magnificent renovated colonial buildings. You will also visit Sacsayhuaman, a ruin located approx. 3 km above Cuzco. Sacsayhuaman also offers a fabulous view of the city. After that you will then shortly stop in Tampu Machay, the bath of the Inca, Kenko, the giant rock whose niches and gaps were carved in a strange way, and Puca Pucara, the ruin of a small fort.

DAY 3 – SACRED VALLEY
December 29th
-Today very early in the morning you’ll be transferred to the airport to take your flight to Cusco. Upon you’re arrival to Cusco you’ll be welcomed by and English speaking guide that will transfer you to your hotel. After that we’ll being the tour where you will discover the Sacred Valley of the Incas; there, you will have the opportunity to purchase local handcrafts at the special and traditional Pisac Indian market performed every Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday. This market exhibits and sells wide variety of fine crafts of various kind: Woven goods, sweaters, After lunch we will return through Ollantaytambo. It is the oldest continuously occupied settlement in the Americas, complete with canals unchanged since Inca times; a walk by the narrow streets will make you recall its ancient heritage. Return to Cusco

DAY 4– CUSCO TO AGUAS CALIENTES
December 30th
-After breakfast, we will pick you up from your hotel and take you to the train station to begin a spectacular day since today you’ll visit one of the Seven World Wonders MACHU PICCHU! First we’ll arrive to Aguas Calientes which is a very typical town from here small busses drive up the steep mountain to the ruin town Machu Picchu called the Lost City of the Incas, this fabulous city contains houses, temples, warehouses, a large central square; and all connected by narrow roads and steps that are surrounded by terraces cut into the mountain side. You will be amazed of how the Incas were able to build this city on a mist-shrouded mountaintop.
After the half day tour, free time to enjoy this spiritual wonder you can visit the Wayna Picchu Mountain if you desire it, from there you’ll have an incredible view of the entire Sanctuary. Transfer back to Aguas Calientes.

DAY 5 – MACHU PICCHU SUNRISE
December 31st
-Today, very early in the morning you will have the opportunity to return to the sanctuary for a more personal appreciation. (not guided). Lunch at the Sanctuary Lodge Hotel located in front of Machu Picchu. In the afternoon, return in the afternoon by train to Cuzco and transfer to your selected hotel. At night you will enjoy a New Year’s Gala and dinner at the exclusive Libertador Hotel.

DAY 6 – CUSCO OUT
January 1st
At opportune hour you will be transfer to the airport to take your flight back to Lima. There are flights at the afternoon in case you want to have the morning at leisure otherwise check for our add- on tours extension that will give you options to continue this wonderful trip to other cities of our country!
